Holiday Healthy Eating
As the holidays approach, many of us are wondering how to maintain our healthy eating habits while enjoying festive foods. Join our group education session, hosted by our Registered Dietitian and current dietetic student, to engage in discussions and learn more about this topic. The session will take place virtually over Zoom on Tuesday December 1st, 2020 from 2:00pm – 3:00pm.

Mindfulness-Based Tools for Coping with Stress and Anxiety
Join us for an online workshop (via Zoom) led by our social worker to learn about mindfulness-based tools for coping with stress and anxiety. In this workshop, you will:
Learn some of the causes of stress and anxiety, and how they impact us physically and mentally
Identify thoughts and behaviours that can keep us locked in a stress and anxiety cycle
Discuss what “mindfulness” is and how it can help alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety
