At Don Mills Family Health Team, our providers work together as a team to provide comprehensive patient care, and to ensure that you get the right care when you need it. You can receive care from family doctors, in addition to services offered by our interdisciplinary healthcare providers, which includes: nurse practitioners, registered nurses, registered dietitians, social workers, registered psychotherapists, and more.
As we aim to provide equitable care for our community members, the services that are offered by our interdisciplinary healthcare providers are available to patients even if they are not registered with one of our family doctors.
